About Pastor Mark: Pastor Mark grew up in Sacramento and went to San Juan High School. His first ministry position was as a Youth Pastor at the Orangevale Assemblies of God church. He came to New Life (then Neighborhood Bible Church) as a Youth Pastor in 1991 and became the Senior Pastor in 1993. He and his wife, Cathy, have three children: Colton, Shayne & Payton. He loves spending time with his family & friends.

 

 

About Pastor Dean: I became a Christian at the age of 17 while concluding my senior year at American High School in Fremont, CA. I got married to my lovely wife, Amy, in 1992 and we have two children: Josiah and Mariah. I have a Bachelor's in Professional Development from SAGU and I am a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God.

Pastor Lori says: Pastor Dean is such an encouraging person. He really makes you feel that you can see your dreams & vision come to pass. When he gets the giggles it is hilarious and makes everyone else laugh!

 

About Pastor Rich: I've enjoyed a longtime ministry to boys through Royal Rangers, working week to week, speaking at camps and conferences, and traveling from time to time.

Pastor Gene says: I so appreciate Pastor Rich's love and heart for children. It has been a long time since I have been around someone with such a sincere heart and passion.

 

About Pastor Jim: I grew up in Red Bluff, met my lovely wife Karen and have been married since 1974. I had my own business for 16 years until I was called into the ministry. I was privileged to be on staff at Neighborhood Bible Church (now New Life) from 1987 to 1997. I've been an associate pastor in Illinois and after returning to Sacramento I was the District Royal Ranger Commander for seven years. It is an honor to be back on staff at NLCC!

Pastor Suz says: Pastor Jim gives you 100% of his attention when he talks to you...no one else is more important than you at that moment.

 

About Pastor Jeff: I love being a father & husband and spending time with my awesome wife, Angela! I also love pastoring students of this generation. I am very passionate about reaching schools and the community through Campus Connect.

Pastor Suz says: If you ever need help at an event--no matter what it is or what he's doing--he'll give you a hand until the job is complete. I've seen him do this over and over again and I really appreciate that about him!

 

About Lori: I married my high school sweetheart almost 25 years ago and we have four kids--two of which are twins! I was called to ministry in 2000 and I love what I am doing.

Pastor Rich says: Lori is always positive and looking for ideas to improve Children's Ministry. She is a pleasure to have on staff!

 

About Pastor Suz: I am an "iPhone-aholic"! My marriage to Lee (almost 36 years) and my two kids, LJ IV (29) and Suzette (26) are my greatest accomplishments in life!

Pastor Dean says: Suz is the glue that keeps all our staff cohesive. From the pastoral staff to support staff, she has the ability to rally the troops
