Is New Life a non-denominational church?
No, New Life Community Church is voluntarily affiliated with Assemblies of God. The Assemblies of God is a cooperative fellowship rather than a denomination. Each of our sovereign churches holds the same 16 Fundamental beliefs but is free to organize their services and church structures to best fit the community they serve. This uniquely loose organizational structure allows for each church to have access to the benefits of a large denomination (missions trips, camps, evangelism efforts, etc.) while still being free to express the Gospel message in a way unique to their given community.
What should I wear?
Most people who attend New Life dress comfortably & casually. However, if you like dressing up for church, you won’t feel out of place.
How long are services?
New Life’s services are approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes with an optional extended worship time at the end of each service for those who need prayer or just like to take more time to express their hearts to God.
How do I become a member?
New Life has a process for membership known as The Pulse, a class which explains what our church is all about and the requirements involved with becoming a member. At the end of The Pulse session, you will have the option of becoming a committed member to New Life Community Church.
How do I get involved?
We recommend before you get involved that you become a regular attendee at one of our Sunday morning services, as well as connected to one of our weekly small groups or ministries. It is then that we will encourage you attend a SHAPE class to help you identify your spiritual and natural gifting. It will also help us place you in an area of service where your passion for Jesus can be expressed.
